If you are having any problems with playing blu-rays or DVDS on your player make sure before you call for service that you obtain the latest firmware from your maker, meaning If it's Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, JVC, Toshiba, or Vizio make sure that the player is updated usually after the player is updated with the latest firmware this fixes playback issues. To update your blu-ray player you have to have your player connected directly to the internet via ethernet or If you know how to burn a disc you can do it that way.
