If your hard drive should crash on you then you would know it because nothing would load up like windows. The computer probably would turn on but nothing would happen. To fix this type of problem you will need to contact your computer maker like HP, GATEWAY, DELL, ACER, and COMPAQ. All you need to do is go to their website and click on something like tech support, or customer support something like this and follow the on screen instructions on fixing this problem, they will walk you through this process step by step, either by talking with you or by email I don't know exactly what they do, but If they don't chat online then you probably would have to call them at a 800 toll number and talk to them.
